When you arrive
What we will do upon arrival
We will perform a complete clinical evaluation of the eye and, if necessary, complementary tests to identify the cause. From there, we will recommend the appropriate treatment or clearly outline the next steps.
If you are experiencing eye pain, vision loss, trauma, or severe symptoms, we recommend contacting us immediately so we can guide you and provide care as soon as possible.

Warning signs
When to seek urgent care
- Sudden vision loss or very blurry vision of sudden onset
- Severe eye pain or pain with nausea
- Eye trauma (impact, foreign body, accident)
- Flashes, new “floaters,” or a “curtain” sensation in your vision
- Very red eye with pain and decreased vision
- Chemical burn or exposure to irritating substances
- Eye infection with heavy discharge and pain
- Rapid worsening after recent eye surgery
Before you arrive: If possible, please let us know when the symptom started, if there was any trauma, and if you have pain or vision loss.
